Allright let's see. I think you did a really good job with this <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" /> I like the idea, the perspective, the technique. And the color choice is gorgeous. The eyes, the hair, and the shadows, are really well done, by the way.
Now, I think it would look better if it was a bit cleaner <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" /> But of course it depends on the likes and dislikes of the artist.
Also I think the folds in the shirt need more detail... and the nose looks a bit weird, but that's because of the color choice and the lighting (it would look strange if you added more shadows as the lighting comes from above).

But anyway I think you made a great job <img src="e.deviantart.com/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)" /> I like this pic a lot.
